weak wifi signal faulty air conditioning
the apartment was clean and seemed well maintained.
the wifi signal was quite weak. also, the air conditioning in the bedroom did not seem to work properly (it kept switching off during the night). i found this a bit disappointing.

the owner was helpful. the bus stop is very close. lapad beach is within a comfortable walking distance, a real plus. i booked an excursion through the owner and he suggested the city pass, a valuable tip.
the tv in my room didn't work, a minor inconvenience.

charming stay with fine views
clean apartment rooftop pool easy transportation close beach
the apartment was very clean, and the rooftop pool area had many sunbeds. the shop and bus stop were about 400 meters away, and getting to the old town was easy. beaches were also within walking distance.
the wifi network in the apartment was not very strong (a very small issue).

the infinity pool offered very nice views. there was also complimentary parking available near the apartments. daily cleaning and towel changes ensured a comfortable stay (a nice touch!).

though the hotel does not have its own restaurant, there are nearby cafes that offer tasty breakfasts. i found several good restaurants within a short distance of the hotel. there is no option to buy drinks at the hotel.

the location provided convenient access to shops. a bus stop near the apartments allowed for easy travel to pile gate. the area was quiet, and multiple beaches were within walking distance.

great spot, some little issue

i really liked the pool view. ivo answered all questions i had. staff helped always and apartments were always clean. i could not ask for more than that.

there is no table to sit down for breakfast in the room. there was only a standing table with bar stools and i think its a problem if you have to eat something in your room.

ivo greeted us warmly and gave helpful tips. he arranged transfers from the airport. the room was serviced daily by a lovely housekeeper. the owner gave me a car ride to the airport early in the morning.

Ivo greeted us warmly. His kindness set the tone for our visit. Our family studio terrace was spacious and very clean. The pool area offered amazing views. Sunsets were lovely. Daily cleaning was done properly.
